2. Visit us

Come and have a look around our showroom in Utrecht, no strings attached.

We’re proud of our product and would love to show it off to you. If you’re interested, we’ll also happily show you around our workshop, where you can see the craftsmanship that goes into creating the finest ID.Buzz campervans.

3. Configure

Most customers return after their initial visit for a follow-up appointment to configure their own ID.Buzz camper.

Which options are essential? Have you thought of everything? There are countless colour combinations to choose from, both inside and out. That can feel a little overwhelming, so we’re here to help. From subtle to bold colours, from simple to fully equipped — create your own unique Outbase ID.Buzz! 

4. Order

Once you’ve configured your very own Outbase ID.Buzz campervan, you’re ready to place your order. Some customers give the go-ahead right away, while others prefer to take their time. We never use sales tricks or pressure, we’ll set the pace together, in a way that feels right for you.

5. The build-up

Once confirmed, your order is officially in motion and the excitement can begin. Then the big day arrives: your electric Volkswagen ID.Buzz is delivered to us, and we can start the build. 

6. Building your dream camper

During the conversion process – which takes about two months - we’ll keep you posted with photos of the progress. After 7 to 9 months, the big day arrives: your custom-built Outbase ID.Buzz campervan is ready for delivery.

7. Delivery

When it’s time to hand over the keys, we’ll take all the time needed to walk you through everything, so you can hit the road with confidence. From that moment onwards, the world is yours to explore.

8. Adventure!

Take the van for a spontaneous getaway or plan an epic road trip lasting weeks or even months! Anything is possible, even just a quick run to the local supermarket. ;)
